The rules that our sales representatives are obliged to follow, and recommendations for you:
- All our sales representatives must show their identification card any time they visit you. We recommend that you do not invite in anyone who claims to be a representative of O2, but refuses to show the identification card.
- O2 representatives never collect money when they visit you – you will always receive an invoice, if needed.
- They have no right to check your bills and ask for your reference number. Never give this information to anyone, it could be misused.
- You can verify the identity of our O2 representative by calling 800 130 027 free of charge. At this number we can also advise you how to protect yourself against unauthorized sellers and imposters.
